Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. PROGEAR does not offer refunds.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in original packaging with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.
All custom products, made-to-order items, and custom punching bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
A restocking fee up to 25% may apply. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless due to a verified PROGEAR error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance.
Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, exchange, or store credit only, at PROGEAR’s discretion.
Shipping
PROGEAR ships nationwide and internationally, subject to product and destination restrictions.
All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, freight scheduling, production timelines, or external factors.
Large items such as boxing rings, MMA cages, and bulk equipment may ship via freight and require delivery coordination. Customers are responsible for proper access and receiving conditions.
Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. All weights are rounded per carrier standards.
Order Refusals & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting PROGEAR will be contested with full documentation, including this policy, order confirmation, and delivery records.
Refused or unauthorized returns may incur additional fees, including return shipping, restocking, and handling charges.
